Diversity Training
Project FINE’s Diversity Training sessions offer opportunities to grow both professionally and personally through education, discussion and dialog. Project FINE also offers diversity assessments, which provide an overview of your organizational culture and are a great starting point for Diversity Training.
Training sessions are customized to meet your organizational needs, and will help develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to thrive in diverse communities. A description of several of our most commonly requested training options is included below, and additional presentations are available. Training cost varies based on the presentation, location and number of participants.

The IDI® assesses intercultural competence—the capability to shift cultural perspective and appropriately adapt behavior to cultural differences and commonalities. It is a 50-item questionnaire available online that can be completed in 15–20 minutes.
