Intercultural Development Inventory®

Picture
Project FINE staff are qualified administrators of the  Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®).  The IDI® assesses intercultural competence—the capability to shift cultural perspective and appropriately adapt behavior to cultural differences and commonalities.

The Intercultural Development Inventory is a 50-item questionnaire available online that can be completed in 15–20 minutes.  It is a wonderful tool for businesses, organizations and groups to assess their intercultural competence and gain practical tips to advance their awareness.

For more information, contact Project FINE or visit the IDI® website at idiinventory.com

Welcoming Table

Welcoming Table provides opportunities for the community to come together to share a meal and build cross-cultural relationships.   These gatherings provide food for our bodies and food for thought, as we share a meal and get to know our neighbors.     Click here for more Welcoming Table info, including online registration links.

Supporting Growers

The purpose of this project is to increase access to resources related to gardening and growing food, and to provide agricultural education  for refugees and immigrants.

Cultural Healing Circles

The Cultural Healing Circles program aims to reduce isolation and improve mental health amonth refugees and immigrants in Winona County through engagement, relationship-building and traditional healing practices.  Activites include circle groups hosted in locations across the county.  Circles are participant-led, with topics, activities and meeting times and locations selected by the group.  The goal of the program is to promote healing and foster connections among community members, leading to improved mental health and overall health outcomes.

This project is funded by a grant from the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation.
