A message from the Executive Director

Since joining Project FINE as Executive Director, it has been an exciting time as I work with our committed board, dedicated staff, extraordinary volunteers, and, of course, members of the diverse Winona community that make it such a great place to live and work for all of us.

The mission of Project FINE is simple: To strengthen and enrich our community by helping to integrate ethnically diverse people. Our method is direct. We will do our best at providing services to Winona County’s multi-ethnic communities in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner. And our motivation is large. Project FINE is committed to providing support and education to immigrants and refugees to benefit everyone in our community: businesses, schools and neighborhoods. It gives all of us a chance to make life better for both our families and us.

Please join us in making a difference for immigrants and refugees in Winona County. There are many different ways to support Project FINE:

• Use our services in your organization, business or educational institution

• Volunteer your time as a translator, interpreter or for one of our programs, projects or events

• Become a member by sponsoring Project FINE or making a donation
