Position: Americorp*VISTA (Volunteer In Service To America)
Job Description:
This is a full time job with Project FINE. It is a very unique program which offers a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community. There is a stipend for living cost and an educational award at the end of service. *This job requires a year of commitment.
- Assist in youth program development/implementation
- Family outreach, Assessment, and Program Evaluation
- Volunteer development/coordination
- Keeping track of private/public donation (including thank you letters)
- Debrief of events and meetings to site supervisor
- Participate in meetings/per request
- Participate in trainings related to work
- Perform other tasks as needed
Requirement:
- A Bachelor Degree
- Communication and writing skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Words, Excel, etc…)
- Organizational skills
