Thank you to those who attended the Sixth Annual Taste of International Cuisine, held on June 12th at Signatures Vision Event Center.  Friends and supporters of the organization enjoyed dishes from Cuban, Italian and American cuisine. 

At the event, scholarships were awarded to students participating in the College Education Connection program. This scholarship, supported by the Great Lakes Higher Education Guaranty Corporation, awarded two $1,000 scholarships to local high school seniors.

The evening concluded with performances by several friends of Project FINE, including a song by Bruno Borsari, who entertained the audience with his original song about the Professor of Winona, sung in traditional operatic fashion; Dr Connie Gores, who performed a preview of her routine for the Dancing With the Winona Stars event with dance partner Paul Ebner; and a musical piece by Heart Strings, a group of harpists in the Winona area.

The event was a great success, and the Project FINE Board of Directors and staff would like to thank everyone for their generous support.
